Details: PS-Hyp-GDW was the most potent inhibitor of the platelet aggregation. The hexapeptide inhibited the binding of fibrinogen to activated human platelets in a dose dependent manner with an IC₅₀ value of 12 nM, indicating that it is a 2000 times more potent inhibitor of fibrinogen binding to its receptors compared with GRGDS.
