Details: ETLDSLGGVLEASGY, C-terminal fragment of human leptin, was employed for the determination of leptin in human serum by aid of a radioimmunoassay using polyclonal antibodies. The results of Hanew´s study indicate that leptin (126-140) has an inhibitory role in GH secretion.
