Details: F-psi(CH₂NH)GGFTGARKSARK amide, pseudopeptide analog of nociceptin was shown to act as an agonist of the orphanin FQ/nociceptin receptor in vivo. (Phe-psi(CH₂NH)Gly)-nociceptin (1-13) amide inhibited morphine analgesia in mice.
