Details: Relaxin H3 is a specific ligand for the leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor LGR7. Hossain et al. demonstrated that relaxin H3 exerts antifibrotic actions via the relaxin receptor RXFP1 and may enhance the collagen-inhibitory effects of relaxin H2.
