Details: Displays high affinity for the ET-A receptor (IC₅₀ = 0.13 µM) and inhibits the ET-1 stimulated arachidonic acid release in rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells. The hexapeptide binds specifically to the pituitary GnRH receptor exhibiting agonistic activity.
