Details: ASV-30, a conformationally constrained analog of sauvagine, is a highly potent and selective antagonist directed against mouse CRF receptor type 2β (mCRFR2β). It has been shown to suppress agonist-induced adenylate cyclase activity in human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells expressing mCRFR2β.
