Details: This truncated and cyclized NPY analog specifically bound to Y₁ receptors with a Ki of 16 nM. As an NPY agonist it inhibited norepinephrine-stimulated cAMP accumulation in SK-N-MC cells with an EC₅₀ of 12 nM.
