Details: BW1911U90, INPIYRLRY-amide, a modified C-terminal fragment of NPY displaced [³H]NPY bound to rat brain membranes (Y₂) with an IC₅₀ = 0.174 µM and inhibited the NPY-induced intracellular calcium release in human erythroleukemia cells (Y₁) with an IC₅₀ = 9 nM.
